Best Orthodontist & Best Clinic Ever!

My dentist recommended that I consider orthodontic treatment as my lower teeth had shifted, were becoming very sensitive, and my bite was no longer properly aligned.

When I first saw Dr. Asif, he took the time to carefully explain my options. He explained that lower braces were necessary, while upper braces were optional, and gave me a clear understanding of the potential long-term benefits of each approach. I truly appreciated his honesty, thoroughness, patience and gentle manner. I never felt pressured and I felt that I was being given all the information I needed to make the right decision for myself.

In the end, I decided to go for both upper and lower lingual braces and embrace the full treatment experience. As someone who was initially very hesitant about lingual orthodontics, I am absolutely overjoyed with the final result. My teeth look fabulous, my bite feels good, and I find myself smiling all the time!

Dr Asif is exceptionally skilled, gentle, patient and thorough. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients really stood out to me throughout the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

I am also so grateful to the entire team at LLOC (Manisha, Taz, Renata and Yana) - they are warm, caring, accommodating and incredibly professional, and they made every visit such a positive experience.

Thank you all!

Highly recommend Dr Chatoo and the team!

This is actually my second time having braces. I had orthodontic treatment about five years ago, but my teeth shifted again, so this time I wanted something more discreet and decided to go for lingual braces.

Dr Chatoo has been very professional and reassuring throughout, and everyone at the clinic is always so friendly and helpful. The lingual braces did take a little while to get used to at the beginning, but the team gave me lots of useful tips which really helped.

Really happy with my experience so far and definitely glad I chose to have my treatment here!

I would highly recommend Dr Asif Chatoo and the whole team at The London Lingual Orthodontic Clinic.

I first came in for a consultation in February 2024, where I had a thorough examination and all the necessary scans and photos taken. Dr Chatoo gave me plenty of time to think it over, almost two months, before I decided to go ahead with treatment in May 2024.

From the very start, Dr Chatoo took the time to explain everything in detail: the full treatment plan, what to expect along the way, and any possible complications. He also referred me to excellent dentists and a surgeon to get my teeth into the right condition before starting orthodontic treatment. I also had some fantastic cleanings with his hygienist, which made a real difference.

My braces were fitted at the end of June 2024, and from there I had check-ups roughly every one to two months, where the wires were adjusted, progress was carefully monitored, and everything was clearly explained to me at each step. I started noticing changes within just a couple of weeks, and by around five months in, my teeth looked almost unrecognisable. They kept getting straighter and straighter.

All in all, the process took nearly two years, with the braces finally coming off in April 2026.

I'm extremely happy with the quality of care, the professionalism, and the support I received throughout, from Dr Chatoo himself and from every member of the team, both on reception and those directly assisting with treatment. Highly recommended to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

The best practice for lingual braces and hygiene services (Yana is fab). I’ve had braces twice here, once in my teens and before orthoganic surgery. Both times were great, and I am super happy with the results. Dr Chatoo and all the staff are lovely - highly recommend!

I tried several times to do Invisalign and had braces on my teeth when I was a teenager; Dr Chatoo’s practice is unimaginable!!! The best Orthodontist ever, so professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I sent his report to several specialists for their opinions and in the end they all advised to proceed with him!! All I can say is he is a legendary doctor. I’m sorry I didn’t find him sooner and struggled with those questionable Invisalign , what I have in my mouth is truly invisible and hassle free! Thank you Dr Chatoo…..

Almost 8 months into my braces journey 😬 and I wanted to add to my previous review. Honestly, there’s no comparison — you’re in the best hands here. Just book your appointment and enjoy the process with such an incredible doctor.

He is attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly humble — qualities that are truly hard to find. The level of care and professionalism has exceeded all my expectations.

And my teeth… where do I even begin? The transformation has been amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. My family and friends have all noticed the changes, and I’m beyond happy with the progress. Highly recommended!
