This is a nourishing recipe as it’s full of wholesome ingredients. I would have no problem having this for breakfast or even giving it to my kids and letting them indulge. It’s naturally moist and full of protein, healthy fats, Omega 3, slow releasing carbohydrates and natural sugars.
It will take about 10 minutes to collect all of the ingredients and mix together.
Once you have done this, just pour into a loaf tin and bake in the oven. The time will depend on your oven (mine’s a fan oven and is a little too strong so it has a tendency to burn everything) but I would say around 40-60 minutes.
After the banana bread has cooked, let it sit for about 30 minutes before you tuck in.
Tastes great with some almond butter!
