This is great because everything is soaked overnight and in the morning you’re left with delicious soft oats and other ingredients that have softened and are much easier to eat. You can eat it at home or transport it to work with you.
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 1 grated apple
- A few raisins
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- A pinch of cinnamon
Add some almond milk (or milk of your choice) and mix together. Cover it and place it in the fridge until morning. In the morning add some extra milk to loosen it and gain desired consistency. You can have it like this or top it with some additional soft fresh fruit or mix in some almond butter for added protein.
