Charlotte Raynsford, a social media professional and a part-time singer, created a blog about her year in lingual braces. She called it Goodbye Miss Gappy and she took her followers through her treatment. Before she started treatment, she had gappy teeth. Within just a few weeks her front teeth had been pulled back and within a year she had a straight smile. Asif used lingual braces on the upper teeth and a clear aligner on the lower teeth. The aligner was fabricated in the practice.
