How does SureSmile Advanced work?
SureSmile uses 3D imaging to create a bespoke prescription that is precise down to the tenth of a degree. We build the 3D digital images of your teeth by using a scanner that is just about the size of an electric toothbrush. Assisted by a mirror, the scanner takes thousands of pictures in just a few seconds, creating a comprehensive digital record of your teeth.
Once the images are in the software, we can review your bite from every possible angle. These are then combined in your records with x-rays and photos so that every dental detail is tracked and we can see and understand the entirety of your smile.
The other key benefit of SureSmile is that the wires are robotically fabricated for the individual, according to the plan we generate. This means it provides us with much greater control over the outcome of your treatment and ensures it is completely bespoke to your requirements, something that cannot be replicated with other orthodontic systems.
