Pumpkin spiced latte

The nights are drawing in and Autumn colours are in abundance. Our nutritionist partner, Farzanah has come up with a gorgeous and healthy Pumpkin spiced latte mix to help warm us up. Drinks like this one are of course, totally brace friendly! The mixture is versatile- you could use it in pancakes or waffles as an alternative.



  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp clove powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamon powder
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground black pepper



Mix all the above ingredients together

Warm up some milk in a pan (I use Rude Health Almond Milk) and then add 1 heaped tsp of the spice mix and 1 tsp of maple syrup.

If you want more froth, you could whizz it in a high speed blender or an aeroccino.
