Advanced CAD–CAM technology is used in the manufacture of all lingual braces so they are customised to fit your teeth accurately. This reduces the discomfort associated with starting treatment, and ensures that your treatment is efficient. One of the latest innovations here is Acceledent, a hands-free oscillating device. Once your braces are on, you use Acceledent on your teeth for twenty minutes a day and the mild vibrations accelerate tooth movement. In our experience, it is reducing treatment time by up to several months.

Pioneering technology options for the best results

    The latest system, Orapix allows the orthodontist to design your braces electronically so that the brackets fit each tooth individually. Tooth movement can be planned in fine detail.

    Like Orapix, the brackets are 100 per cent customized to the patient. Made from gold alloy, the brackets are thin and barely disrupt your speech. The gold alloy brackets of Incognito are exceptionally strong so the brackets can be kept thin.

    Invisalign is for mild problems and consists of a series of aligner trays made especially for you, based on a computerised prediction of how your teeth need to move. Every few weeks you change the aligner so that your teeth are gradually moved to their new position.

    Another customized system, STb users light forces to move the teeth. As with all lingual systems, the fit and comfort are optimum.

    Acceledent provides a faster route to a new smile. It is placed on the teeth and mild vibrations help accelerate teeth movement. Acceledent is suitable for any patient wearing orthodontic braces and clinical research has demonstrated it shortens the treatment time considerably. Acceledent is a hands-free device which can be used for 20 minutes a day while you are on the computer, watching TV or listening to music.
